Deliveries processes and Deliveries dates

We endeavour to get all orders out on a daily basis whenever possible. All our couriers deliver Monday to Friday ONLY (unless by special request for weekend/overnight deliveries which may be arranged but are likely to incur a surcharge). We work very hard to ensure deliveries are made at suitable days and times, please leave a telephone contact number so that we can organise this with you prior to the delivery.

OCTOBER DATES October 25 October 27 October 30 October 31 NOVEMBER DATES November 1 November 2 November 9 You will have the chance to pick a delivery date at the checkout. All deliveries are charged at £45 anywhere in the south of the ENGLAND ONLY. Anywhere eles the price is £60.

Summary for Independent Delivery Couriers:

  • Please note, fireworks are transported under ‘hazardous goods’ regulations and therefore by couriers with specific training and licence to do so. This is therefore reflected in the carriage costs, however we have decided to absorbed the majority of these costs ourselves.
  • Please make sure you are available to take delivery or we will be forced to make an addition charge for redelivery.
  • Please make sure there will be someone (over the age of 18yrs) at the delivery address to avoid the extra charge for re-delivery.

Address for Delivery:

Please make sure that when you enter a delivery address in our secure online order form, there will be someone over the age of 18yrs at that address (with ID if necessary) to receive and sign for the delivery, enabling us and our delivery service providers to get the item(s) to you promptly and cost effectively. There is the option in the order form to enter an alternative address for delivery (e.g. place of work, neighbour, etc.) if you or someone else on your behalf are unavailable during the weekday to receive the package(s).

Please Note….

1. We reserve the right to alter and change the methods of delivery, charges, and the delivery suppliers we use. 2. Should our independent couriers return packages to us as undelivered or make us aware that they cannot make a delivery due to a customer error, and delivery is still required after this, a charge will apply, and we will only be able to re-send the package once the customer has agreed to the charge. 3. A firework delivery must be signed for and left with a person over the age of 18. Due to their hazardous nature, we cannot leave fireworks ‘in a porch’ or ‘round the back of the house’. 4. Should a package be returned to us undelivered (due to our courier service provider not being able to deliver for reasons outside their control, or the intended recipient informing the delivery service that the package should be returned to sender), we reserve the right to deduct the cost of delivery and return delivery from any refund. 5. On delivery of the goods please check the number of boxes and inspect them for any signs of damage before signing for them. Any shortages or damages must be noted on the carriers documents. All claims for shortages or damages must be notified to the company within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
